Our Farming Experience
We rotational graze our livestock on pastures to primarily be grass fed with minimal inputs to yield the best breeding stock and meat for our customers. We raise dorper sheep which yield high meat content and registered Nubian goats for high fat milk production. We strive to be the most reliable and trusted supplier of meat, milk and eggs in the region.
Sustainable Farming Practices
At Cool Water Ranch we are dedicated to promoting sustainable farming practices that are not only environmentally friendly but also ensure the long-term health of our soil for our animals and future generations. We use natural fertilizers and pest control methods to promote healthy growth and minimize the use of harmful chemicals.
Livestock Guardian Dogs
Our Livestock Guardian Dogs are an invaluable part of protecting livestock from predators and both come from working genes. The sire is an Akbash which is a strong rare breed and dam is a Great Pyrenees. Both have demonstrated that they are mature and easy to train.
